We are a growing manufacturing company seeking an experienced Service Operations Leader to join our team.

Job Overview

This role will be responsible for determining customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers, visiting operational environments, conducting surveys, forming focus groups, benchmarking best practices, analyzing information and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers, visiting operational environments, conducting surveys, forming focus groups, benchmarking best practices, analyzing information and applications;
  • Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes;
  • Maximize customer operational performance by providing helpdesk resources and technical advice;
  • Staff are informed and held accountable for their food safety, quality, and regulatory responsibilities;
  • Will be a member of the food safety and quality recall team;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience;
  • Minimum one year supervisory or management experience;
  • Minimum one year customer service experience;
  • Sales and/or Customer Service experience;
  • Leadership experience;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Estimated Salary

$90,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience.
