Salary Information
The IT Operations Assistant will be compensated at $17.00 per hour for part-time work, with the potential to provide up to 19.5 hours per week.
Job Description
This role involves working with Literacy Connects and Digital Stream Tech Advisors to develop and execute an IT Operations plan. Key responsibilities include reviewing current IT operations, creating strategies and roadmaps, and implementing new technologies to optimize business functions. The successful candidate will also provide training to staff on cybersecurity, policies, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek candidates with dependable project management skills, general knowledge of information technology, hardware, and software, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. A desire to learn and contribute to the project is essential, along with the ability to participate as a thought leader and collaborate with team members.
