JOB SUMMARY
Work closely with operations to understand the company's goals and direction, leading your team to generate profits.

As Master Plumber Leader, you will provide daily guidance, training, and direction to the plumbing crew. Your responsibilities include overseeing and directing the assembly, installation, and repair of plumbing systems according to project specifications and appropriate trade and building codes.

These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, fixtures, and boilers for hydronic heating, water, and drainage systems. Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and team-building skills are essential. Conduct business in a professional manner through communication and appearance, upholding the company brand and values.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The salary range does not include bonus/commission opportunities. We strive to create a work environment that allows for career growth and development.

Job DescriptionResponsible for assuring all site personnel comply with project procedures, safety requirements, company policies, and other requirements as they occur. Ensure all jobs have weekly reports completed and submitted, including safety/toolbox reports, preconstruction, weekly production reports, and any project-specific reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Straight Forward Pricing correctly on each call.
  • Wear floor savers while in clients' homes and maintain a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service.
  • Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to ensure everything is working properly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished.
  • Explain each service performed to clients each time a maintenance or repair is completed, ensuring 100% client satisfaction.
  • Convey a safety-conscious attitude both on the job and while driving.
  • Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times.
Minimum Requirements
  • Lead/Master Plumbers are considered senior-level and typically operate their own truck and supervise junior staff.
