Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at HITT Contracting. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards, and that any issues or defects are identified and addressed promptly.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and team members, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior project managers and team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Education: High school diploma required, four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years' experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
- Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in project management software and tools.
