Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Construction Management
- Oversee construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, and building construction
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and materials
- Identify and address any quality issues or defects
- Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
