Critical Intervention Specialist

About the Role:
CBEM is seeking a skilled Critical Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a Critical Intervention Specialist, you will provide support to individuals in crisis, utilizing your expertise in crisis management and behavioral intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement stabilization plans to address acute and chronic crisis situations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, BCBA, and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in hotline rotations to address emergency calls and provide crisis intervention services.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary planning meetings to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Sociology, or related field.
- Experience in the human services field, with a focus on crisis management and behavioral intervention.
- California driver's license and insurance.
- Preferred experience working with the Developmentally Disabled population.
