Physical Therapist

Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for identifying health improvement opportunities and providing interventions to prevent or reduce the risk of additional complications. This role promotes wellness and fitness to enhance human performance as it relates to movement and health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' needs and develop functional goals
- Implement treatment plans, educate patients, and communicate with caregivers
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure optimal continuum of care
Requirements:
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements
- California Physical Therapist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering Physical Therapy Services in various settings
