Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Care Specialist to provide high-quality veterinary care to our patients and their owners. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong approach to patient care, and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive medical exams on patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Administer vaccinations, medications, and other medical interventions as necessary.
  • Perform surgical procedures, including spays, neuters, and other soft tissue surgeries.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests, such as bloodwork, urinalysis, and radiographs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pet's health, treatment options, and prognosis.
  • Collaborate with other veterinarians and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of AVMA-accredited Veterinary School.
  • Licensed veterinarian with the State of practice.
  • Two (2) plus years as a Veterinary Care Specialist
