Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, update, maintain, and analyze schedules
  • Develop project schedules and/or implement critical path method (CPM) delay analyses
  • Interface with clients and project stakeholders
  • Provide client/PM team with information pertinent to the status of the engagement
  • Assist in the evaluation and preparation of claims pertinent to project management, engineering/construction, quantification of costs, evaluation of progress, evaluation of time extension and issues involving schedule delays and acceleration, disruption, productivity, work scope changes, drawings and specifications, and site conditions
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of construction-related industry experience
  • Written communication skills
  • Construction Management/Construction Science degree, Engineering degree, or similar
  • Understanding of construction basics, including construction documents and construction management procedures such as project controls, scheduling, engineering, estimation, and construction contracts
  • Working knowledge in the following: excellent technical writing skills, expertise with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, large data management, and graphic communication tools, expertise with MS Office Products (especially Word and Excel), testimony experience is preferred but not required, US-based or valid work permit if applicable, Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Cost Professional (CCP) preferred
