Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide help desk support to end users, resolving technical issues and improving system performance.
  • Install and configure computer hardware and software programs, ensuring compatibility and optimal functionality.
  • Perform routine to moderately complex troubleshooting for hardware and software systems, utilizing technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Director of IT to develop and implement technical solutions, enhancing the overall IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
