Community Counseling Solutions is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor/Wraparound Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our mental health and addictions clinicians. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, assigning, directing, and reviewing the clinical work of our mental health therapists, while implementing wraparound fidelity agency-wide.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to assigned mental health and addictions clinicians, ensuring high-quality clinical services and adherence to agency policies and procedures.
- Clinical Program Development: Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, ensuring effective outcomes for clients.
- Wraparound Fidelity: Implement and maintain wraparound fidelity agency-wide, ensuring a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client care.
- Staff Development: Provide training and support to staff members, promoting professional growth and development.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.
- Education: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or other human services-related field.
- Experience: Five years of experience in the delivery of clinical services, with two years of post-graduate experience.
- Certifications: Certified Mental Health Investigator certification and Certified Protective Services Investigator certification.
- Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: $59,900 - $89,900, depending on experience.
