We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. in rural northern Oregon.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise laboratory staff and ensure efficient laboratory operations
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality control standards
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to improve laboratory performance and efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or laboratory science or medical technology
- At least 4 years of general lab experience in high complexity testing with two years of full-time acceptable clinical laboratory experience in chemistry/immunoassay, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, blood banking, serology, microbiology, and/or clinical microscopy within the past five years
- ASCP certification or equivalent
- Permanent full-time position
- Day shift with occasional call required
- Opportunity to work in a rural setting with a close-knit community
