Position Overview:
As a Financial Analyst at MillerCoors Brewing Company, you will be an integral part of the Global Business Services (GBS) team. Your role will encompass providing essential support across various financial functions, including but not limited to month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize accounting principles and internal control knowledge to deliver objective, timely, and precise financial data.
  • Employ financial analysis techniques and tools to offer practical guidance to business unit partners, aiding in the achievement of business objectives.
  • Assess, prioritize, and communicate key project assignments and issues to management effectively.
  • Gather insights from customers and business partners to evaluate business processes, systematically analyze alternatives, and propose recommendations to management.
  • Contribute as a subject matter expert to various projects, including statutory and regulatory audits, overseeing project management tasks.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) along with a minimum of three years in accounting or financial analysis. You should have:
  • A solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
  • Proficient Excel skills and experience with financial software, preferably SAP.
  • A proactive approach to challenges, completing complex projects efficiently while aligning with business priorities.
  • The ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • A strong sense of accountability, acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
  • A continuous desire for learning and personal growth.
