We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Manager to join our team at PuzzleHR. As a Commercial Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing clients' insurance programs.

This role requires a strong understanding of general liability, property coverage, workers compensation, professional liability, and other related lines of coverage. You will need to have 10+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management, as well as familiarity with major wholesalers such as RPS, Amwins, Morstan, and RT Specialty.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $80K - $95K/Yr. Benefits include health and dental insurance, company-sponsored retirement program with match, life insurance, company-paid LTD, paid time off, paid sick leave, and paid holidays and vacation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coverage Analysis: Assess clients' insurance needs and develop comprehensive insurance coverage recommendations.
  • Policy Administration: Manage the full policy lifecycle, from applications and endorsements to renewals and policy changes.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential exposures and provide informed risk management recommendations.
  • Claims Assistance: Facilitate the claims process by collaborating with clients, insurers, and claims adjusters.
