Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service, resolving escalated customer issues, and working closely with clients and vendors to resolve concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, sales, transportation, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on inventory, orders, and delivery times.
  • Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address customer needs.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role requires working in an office environment with moderate noise levels. The position involves sitting for extended periods, operating a keyboard, and communicating via phone. Occasional standing and walking may be required. Lifting up to 15 pounds may be necessary on occasion.
