- Workforce Planning: Develop and implement workforce planning and retention strategies to meet our company's human capital needs.
- Compensation & Benefits: Create and manage total rewards programs that are competitive and cost-effective.
- HRIS & Data Analytics: Advance the use of HR information systems for efficient operations and data-driven decision-making.
- Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and participate in strategic planning committees.
- Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within HR, and at least 10 years of full-cycle HR experience.
- Skills: Strong financial and budget management skills, thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations, proficiency with HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Certifications: SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
- Experience: Experience with UKG HRIS, and experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in behavioral health or community mental health settings.
This is a professional office setting with standard office equipment. Occasional travel may be required to various locations, including meetings, conferences, and events.
