Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within HR, and at least 10 years of full-cycle HR experience.
  • Skills: Strong financial and budget management skills, thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations, proficiency with HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Certifications: SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
  • Experience: Experience with UKG HRIS, and experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in behavioral health or community mental health settings.
Work Environment

This is a professional office setting with standard office equipment. Occasional travel may be required to various locations, including meetings, conferences, and events.
