Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Cartiga. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with law firms and attorneys to generate new business and provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our attorney clients, working closely with our processing and service department to ensure seamless support. Your primary focus will be on generating new business through networking, cold and warm calls, and follow-up calls. You will also be responsible for building relationships with attorneys and law firms, thinking creatively to develop ways to make Cartiga their go-to source for funding needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Network with lawyers and law firms to generate new business
  • Build relationships with attorneys and law firms to develop new business opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce tools to manage the sales process and maintain relevant activity, notes, and case status
  • Manage and maintain accounts, preparing emails, documents, and contracts while paying close attention to details
  • Work collaboratively with attorney clients and support teams to ensure plaintiffs funding applications and contracts are approved
  • Attend sales conferences and meetings as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-5+ years of B2B sales, account management, and relationship building experience
  • Legal, medical, or financial services industry sales experience is a plus
  • Polished and effective communicator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven by success, with a hunter mentality and a strong work ethic
  • Charismatic, collaborative, and able to develop relationships with various roles, including internal and external clients
  • Organized, dependable, and excellent time-management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Salesforce or any CRM
  • Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and project confidence
  • Professional, takes pride in work, and has a strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation

Location:

This role is remote-based, requiring the ability to work from home and be available to travel/visit clients a majority of the time. Candidates must live in the San Antonio, TX vicinity.

What You Will Take On:

As the Account Executive, you will focus on generating new business by building relationships with new and existing clients (law firms, attorneys, and their associates). You will be the primary point of contact with the attorney clients supported by a top-notch processing and service department assisting the referred plaintiff client through the application process.
