In this capacity, you will conduct coaching sessions and classroom instruction, ensuring a holistic approach to each stage of the learning process.
This position operates on a hybrid schedule, combining in-office work with remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate training for Loan Advisors on internal systems, operational procedures, sales techniques, compliance standards, and customer service excellence.
- Oversee Loan Advisors during their training production phase, emphasizing the effective use of call scripts, sales methodologies, and best practices to achieve performance benchmarks.
- Lead call evaluations and coaching discussions.
- Review production metrics that include Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide updates to sales leadership regarding the transition of Loan Advisors from training to active sales roles.
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of all Call Center offerings and underwriting criteria.
- Assist in the creation of training resources for coaching and classroom sessions.
- Report directly to the Sales Development Manager and collaborate with colleagues to fulfill the organization's mission.
- Support the implementation of Call Center initiatives and training pilot programs.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in training and development within the mortgage sector.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and production reports.
