They meticulously scan, categorize, and shelve new inventory while preparing, palletizing, and securing outbound shipments. Additionally, they ensure the retail showroom is consistently restocked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate through aisles, rows, and shelves efficiently.
  • Possess a strong ability to recognize, recall, and differentiate part numbers and line codes.
  • Lift items weighing up to 60 lbs as required.
  • Operate heavy machinery such as hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
  • Assist colleagues in maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Ensure accurate parts are loaded onto the appropriate vehicles.
  • Prepare products on pallets, securely wrap them to prevent damage, and load them onto trucks.
  • Maintain a clean work area to minimize hazards and facilitate quick loading.
  • Prepare stock orders for loading as necessary.
  • Handle large components and organize them for the correct transport.
  • Support the staging of merchandise for delivery.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be able to stand and walk for the duration of their shift.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Forklift certification is available.
  • Effective verbal communication and attentive listening skills are essential.
  • Ability to recognize and differentiate letters and numbers both visually and audibly, as well as recall their sequences.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
