Key Responsibilities
  • Manage purchasing, product intake, and product fulfillment to ensure the right mix of products are stocked to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with front of house team to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient product ordering.
  • Utilize data analysis to make informed and strategic ordering decisions.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with local growers and product vendors.
  • Coordinate with vendors to determine product availability and manage all necessary documentation for purchase.
  • Ensure purchase orders are built into inventory tracking systems to ensure all product is entered within 24 hours of receipt and ready for sale.
  • Responsible for maintaining quality and regulatory compliance of all product in stock.
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in cannabis inventory oversight, preferably in retail.
  • Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
  • Strong Knowledge of point-of-sale system and METRC.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with data integration and extraction from and to multiple diverse data sources and software programs.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
