Job Summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the 84-room Wingate hotel in Bismarck, ND. As a key strategic business leader, you will be responsible for driving hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to meet or exceed guest expectations and increase profit and market share.
  • Lead the hotel leadership team in executing brand initiatives and service standards.
  • Guide the professional development of team members and ensure sales engines are leveraged.
  • Build strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers through community engagement.
  • Manage financial performance, including P&L review, budget creation, and cost controls.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hotel leadership experience with a proven track record of success in a Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, or similar brand.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to develop leaders in financial skills.
  • Working knowledge of M3, ADP, and One Yield.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English with excellent grammar and communication skills.
