Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team at Affinity at Broadmoor, a lively active adult community. In this role, you will be instrumental in achieving optimal occupancy rates and building strong connections with our residents.

  • Engage with potential residents through diverse channels to highlight our community.
  • Customize tours to meet the unique preferences of prospective residents.
  • Provide prompt follow-ups to inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing community events and activities to enrich residents' experiences.
  • Ensure all leasing procedures are conducted efficiently and professionally.
  • Stay updated on local market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Perform regular property inspections and report maintenance concerns.
  • Comply with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Leasing Consultant who can effectively engage with residents and contribute to the success of our community.

  • Collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Previous experience in property management, retail, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, property management software, and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage ranging from $22 to $24.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting: 3-7 hours per day.
