About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual with 3+ years of relevant corporate/commercial law experience to advise healthcare organizations, associations, and professionals on a wide range of issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract drafting, negotiation, and interpretation
  • Public sector procurement rules and processes
  • Governance documents and processes for non-profit corporations
  • Healthcare administration statutes and legal frameworks
  • Strategic, operational, and legal risk issues in the health industry
Requirements
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • License to practice in Ontario
  • Strong analytical, communication, drafting, and client management skills
