Role Overview:

The Technical Solutions Engineer plays a crucial role in providing expert support and services related to Intralox's Modular Plastic Belt technologies. This position is essential in enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of our diverse product offerings.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in various technical and sales functions to support, develop, and promote modular plastic belt conveying applications.
  • Evaluate applications and technical drawings to ensure product compatibility.
  • Oversee and facilitate site installations and commissioning processes.
  • Deliver technical training sessions to clients and internal teams.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance both remotely and on-site.
  • Conduct technical audits and health assessments of existing systems.
  • Address performance-related issues and implement solutions.
  • Test proposed solutions in-house, with suppliers, or through field trials.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related engineering role.
  • Fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 600 or higher).
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills, including planning, scheduling, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a self-motivated, team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with hand and measuring tools.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
