Job Description

We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for interfacing with technical clients, interpreting and answering technical client inquiries, digging into enhancement requests to determine feasibility, determining the root cause of reported bugs, and resolving them or determining what resources would be required to resolve.

Responsibilities
  • Interfacing with technical clients (PMs and engineers)
  • Interpreting and answering technical client inquiries
  • Digging into enhancement requests to determine feasibility
  • Determining the root cause of reported bugs, and resolving them or determining what resources would be required to resolve
  • Crafting creative solutions to complex problems
  • Reading and writing technical documentation
  • Developing tools to further evangelize Hurdlr's API and SDK
Requirements
  • 3 to 10 years of experience as a software engineer
  • Proven background reading and utilizing API documentation/reference
  • Strong writing skills
  • Passion to teach/help developers to build products and/or lead teams
  • Experience performing QA
  • Ability to translate technical verbiage to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to translate non-technical verbiage to a technical audience
  • Experience engaging with a B2B client
