Remodeling Project Lead

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a skilled Lead Foreman to oversee kitchen and bath remodeling projects in Fort Bend County and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of professionals to deliver high-quality results while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities- Arrive on time at job sites, dressed in a company logo shirt and appropriate work attire.
- Lead the crew on remodeling projects, working closely with them to ensure successful outcomes.
- Adhere to Kitchen Tune-Up's Trust points on every job, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy, completing daily cleanups.
- Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager about project progress.
- Work efficiently while maintaining extremely high quality standards.
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow directions and maintain a high level of quality.
- Driven to exceed customer expectations every time.
- Prefer experience in cabinet refacing.
- Proficient in cutting moldings and installing crown molding.
- Able to safely operate power hand tools, including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun.
- Ability to work in Fort Bend County and surrounding communities.
- Must be able to interact with customers on a professional and friendly level.
- Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required.

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
