Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and clean lobbies, guest corridors, and assigned areas of the property
  • Collect soiled linen from Room Attendants and deliver it to the laundry for cleaning
  • Provide fresh linen to Room Attendants
  • Gather and dispose of trash and recyclable materials from Room Attendants and throughout the hotel
  • Sweep and vacuum carpets
  • Polish furniture and fixtures
  • Ensure cleanliness and restock all storage areas with necessary linen and supplies
  • Assist in the laundry room with washing, drying, folding, ironing, and stocking linen shelves
  • Support deep cleaning processes and furniture arrangement within guest rooms
  • Adhere to company housekeeping policies and procedures
  • Follow Lost and Found protocols
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Report maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Manager by completing work orders
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and attentive manner
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance and uniform
  • Keep working carts organized and clean at all times
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards
  • Perform any other assigned duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic reading and comprehension skills
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Fundamental knowledge of workplace safety procedures
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
