Position Overview:
The Senior Analyst of Omni Channel Activation plays a pivotal role in driving eCommerce growth through the analysis of our paid search initiatives. This position will closely collaborate with the eCommerce Content & Paid Search team to develop comprehensive reports that yield actionable insights, further enhancing our search optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on retail media and consumption across diverse retail and media platforms, focusing on sales, units, weeks of supply, campaign effectiveness, keyword performance, share of voice, and item-level specifics.
  • Compile monthly eOriginated Sales Reporting to provide financial performance metrics that translate unit performance into net sales.
  • Prepare monthly eOriginated share files, delivering actionable insights to the organization.
  • Analyze weekly campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities that maximize ROI and investment potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize and report on scheduled activations and promotions.
  • Provide actionable insights for all activation reporting (ad-hoc, quarterly, etc.), contextualizing overall performance and optimization in an easily digestible format for all levels of the brand organization.
  • Create clear, concise, and cohesive quantitative analyses, incorporating strong data visualization techniques.
  • Become proficient in all relevant reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis tools, including retail media platforms, enterprise paid search management tools, and eCommerce market intelligence tools.
  • Lead efforts in keyword tracking, share of voice monitoring, and keyword optimization in collaboration with the broader paid search team.
  • Oversee competitive landscape monitoring and tracking, reporting findings related to opportunities and threats within the activation landscape.
  • Develop expertise in the grocery paid media landscape, including changes to retailer platforms and new advertising opportunities.
  • Support the Omni Activation Team with additional reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure that internal performance metrics are consistently maintained.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in eCommerce Analytics or Digital Marketing Analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with enterprise data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative decision-making abilities, including performing detailed analyses and communicating recommendations effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask, problem-solve, prioritize, and plan effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information accurately and clearly.
  • Ability to build robust partnerships across stakeholders within the eCommerce organization.
