Job Description

As a Manager Trainee at BioLife Plasma Services, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will further develop your leadership skills and prepare you for accelerated career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn Operations Management: Develop skills in financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, people, and facilities management.
  • Contribute to Creating Life-Changing Medicines: Maintain exceptional quality and service standards to create life-changing medicines.
  • Travel Opportunities: Visit BioLife locations across the country and build your network while learning from BioLife team members.
  • Supportive Teamwork: Foster an inclusive team environment and collaborate with team members at all levels.
  • Customer Service: Create a positive donor experience and maintain donor satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of leadership experience (approximately 3 years)
  • Experience with supervising team members, including skills in coaching, developing, and holding performance management conversations
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license for the entire duration of the program
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, and the FDA
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment

The estimated salary range for this position is $52,600.00 - $72,600.00, depending on qualifications and experience.
