We are seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our award-winning State Farm agency in Raleigh, NC. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with customers, develop new business opportunities, and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.

About the Position:

This role includes a comprehensive compensation package, which includes a base salary of $55,000 plus commission/bonus opportunities. In addition to competitive pay, we offer paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), valuable experience in the insurance industry, and opportunities for advancement within our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and establish customer relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Insurance sales experience, particularly with Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses, is highly desirable
  • Sales experience in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing roles is preferred
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
  • You must be self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively
  • Able to relate well to customers and provide exceptional service
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required
