About the Role:

We are seeking a Life Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at The Prugar Agency. As a Life Insurance Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and staying up-to-date with industry developments to provide expert advice.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Sales revenue growth and achievement of sales targets
  • Client satisfaction and retention rates
  • Knowledge and application of life insurance products and industry developments
  • Collaboration and teamwork with other agents and support staff

Requirements:

  • Current life insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 10-14 days
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed in sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Humble and willing to learn a duplicatable and proven system
