**Job Description:**

This position involves working closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. You will also be responsible for using a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and working with the agent to identify and support local community events.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute marketing plans to meet or exceed sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Collaborate with the agent to develop and implement strategies to grow the business
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
* Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of sales experience preferred
* Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in computer functions and software applications
* Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license within a specified timeframe
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
