Position Overview

This role encompasses the comprehensive management of inventory pertaining to all gas and liquid cylinders within the organization.

The individual in this position will oversee the tracking and effective utilization of all gas and liquid cylinders, which includes the administration of the cylinder adjustment process.

Key Responsibilities

Cylinder Asset Oversight:
Ensure optimal asset utilization by supervising and regulating stock levels across various locations to satisfy market requirements. When necessary, facilitate asset needs through the transfer of surplus cylinder stock or through capital investment.
Monitor and report on cylinder usage metrics.

Quarterly Cylinder Assessment:
Organize and execute the Quarterly Cylinder Assessment for all cylinder assets and bulk products stored in vessels.

Asset Monitoring:
Responsible for the deployment, reporting, and ongoing management of the barcode tracking system.

Management of Cylinder Adjustment Procedures:

Oversee and manage cylinder adjustments within the tracking system, including supervision of the customer cylinder balance adjustment process and the management of the approval workflow for adjusting customer balances.

Qualifications

Possession of a college degree or equivalent experience.
Experience and Technical Expertise

Familiarity with inventory management and control methodologies.
A collaborative team player with the capacity to communicate effectively through exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Adept at managing multiple priorities.
Proficient in computer applications with a strong command of Microsoft Office.
