Inventory Management Specialist

As an Inventory Management Specialist at Bioworld Merchandising, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of inventory transactions. This includes weekly inventory reconciliation of all third-party locations, monthly inventory reconciliation for Screen-print inventory locations, and coordinating with outside locations to resolve any discrepancies. You will also be responsible for weekly reconciliation of in-transit inventory and taking corrective actions for variances. Additionally, you will develop and implement key functions related to inventory transactions, such as receipts, shipments, adjustments, and cost tiers.

Key Responsibilities:
Weekly inventory reconciliation of all third-party locations
Monthly inventory reconciliation for Screen-print inventory locations
Coordinating with outside locations to resolve discrepancies
Weekly reconciliation of in-transit inventory and taking corrective actions for variances
Developing and implementing key functions related to inventory transactions

Requirements:
Strong understanding of internal controls
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Strong systems background
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated knowledge with Excel, Word, and Outlook
