We are seeking dedicated and diligent Quality Assurance Auditors to become integral members of our expanding Quality team. This entry-level position plays a crucial role in supporting various objectives within the Audit Quality department.

Under close supervision, the individual will assist with client inquiries, overpayment quality assessments, system reconciliations, and Claim Audit requests. It is essential to document pertinent facts, information, and conclusions to facilitate supervisor reviews and feedback.

For the safety of our team members and prospective employees, all interviews are currently conducted virtually. Additionally, most of our team is working remotely, and we are onboarding new hires in a remote format. These arrangements may evolve as we continue to monitor the situation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Specialized Audit Quality Support: Assist team supervisors in efficiently completing client requests, managing data needs, and reviewing overpayment records. Support the maintenance of both internal and external client systems to ensure their integrity, accuracy, and reliability. Provide assistance to specialists managing the claim overpayment rework queue and addressing claim rework errors.
  • Quality Audit Report Generation and Analysis: Aid supervisors in reviewing and finalizing supplier quality audit reports initiated by clients. Document any system and process deficiencies identified during supplier quality audits and communicate these findings to supervisors. Engage with client contacts and providers as necessary, adhering to established processes and procedures.
  • Process Improvement Support: Continuously evaluate processes and systems utilized in daily operations to identify internal improvement opportunities and proactively relay feedback to supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, project management, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Access is preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in quality review and root cause analysis/resolution.
  • Ability to interact with personnel at all levels while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in both individual and team settings.

Compensation: Base compensation ranges from $16.10 to $21.90 per hour, with specific offers determined by factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
