We are in search of a Returns Quality Assurance Specialist to become an integral part of our team, focusing on the oversight of product return processes.
In this role, you will be tasked with managing quality assessments, monitoring returned items, and keeping accurate records through our Quality Management System. Additionally, you will assist in product assembly and evaluate failures to produce insightful trend data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality processes for Returns Assessment
- Design and execute inspection protocols
- Generate comprehensive inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Review and archive quality records and policies
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Gather feedback and facilitate document approvals
- At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance
- Expertise in Root Cause Analysis
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications and Quality Management Systems
- Ability to stand for 4-6 hours daily
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
