Athletic Trainer Onsite Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Athletic Trainer to join our team at Focus Physical Therapy. As an Athletic Trainer Onsite, you will be responsible for administering athletic training services in an industrial setting, working under the supervision of a doctor of physical therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for injured clients, ensuring maximum patient benefit.
- Implement individualized therapeutic interventions and monitor responses to therapy, reporting progress and medical changes to leadership.
- Educate clients and management on injuries, risk factor modification, and exercise programs.
- Conduct injury screening clinics, educational programs, and workshops to promote safety and injury prevention.
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field.
- Emergency Cardiac Care certification.
- Licensed in the State of Kentucky and Indiana.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate, effectively communicate, and work independently.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Possession of a passion for helping others.
This role requires the ability to lift, bend, walk, kneel, stretch, and stoop, as well as normal hearing and eyesight to interact with patients and transfer patient information. The ability to handle high amounts of stress is also essential.
