Job Description:

Bloodhound offers a comprehensive suite of private utility locating and subsurface utility engineering (SUE) services to its diverse customer base composed of Engineering, Environmental, Utility, Surveying, and other Construction, and Infrastructure.

As an Advanced Locate Specialist, you will be required to use advanced observational skills and deductive reasoning to identify, locate, and mark all utilities within a requested job scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced observational skills and deductive reasoning to identify and locate utilities.
  • Collaborate with the CSR team to manage the locate schedule.
  • Plan and organize daily work schedules to call on existing and potential clients.
  • Identify potential customers and develop strategies to align customers with our recommendations.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of locating experience with a demonstrated commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Experience reading CAD, GIS, and MicroStation files is a plus.
  • Detailed-oriented and ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude.
  • Some overnight stays are required with this position.
