Role Overview
The Plant Process Engineering Co-op will provide essential technical support aimed at enhancing and optimizing manufacturing operations across various Amcor facilities. This role involves tackling real-world challenges in the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a co-op, you will engage in multiple projects throughout your tenure, including:

  • Implementing new capital equipment
  • Identifying root causes of defects
  • Driving cost-saving initiatives through waste reduction

Skills and Qualifications
We seek candidates who are actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Material Science). The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple projects
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn job-specific software quickly
