Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at JRG Partners Inc. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, with experience in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques. You will work closely with our engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Identify and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process documentation, including standard operating procedures and process flow diagrams
  • Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, including cycle time, yield, and scrap rate
  • Provide training and guidance to production teams on new processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in process engineering or a related role in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
