Sports Coordinator RoleThe Sports Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. This position involves building relationships with parents, coaches, and players while ensuring the instructional aspects of our programs are delivered effectively. Key responsibilities include observing and assisting coaches, supervising game-day operations, and promoting sportsmanship values.

Responsibilities
  • Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and enjoyment.
  • Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values.
  • Supervise the overall operation of designated sports on game days.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems.
  • Awareness and ability to take charge of situations to ensure player safety.
  • Positive attitude and strong professional relationship-building skills.
