Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with a range of mental health needs.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as consultation and education to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based interventions and programs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of research studies and projects, with a focus on improving child health outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Licensed or license-eligible in Ohio.
  • Experience working with children and families, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
