Shift Details:

  • 1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently operate machining equipment while performing routine maintenance.
  • Interpret technical drawings and utilize measuring instruments such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
  • Manage various materials and tools, conduct machine operations, and execute setups.
  • Employ hand grinders and overhead cranes effectively.
  • Select suitable tooling and comprehend machining parameters including speed, feed, and RPM.
  • Inspect and modify components to ensure they meet required specifications while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Foster effective communication and collaborate well within a team environment. Adhere to shop policies and safety regulations.
  • Possess a basic understanding of CNC programming, including G and M codes, tool offsets, and work offsets.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED along with relevant vocational training or certification.
  • Proven experience with CNC 3 Axis machining is essential.
