Hutco Inc. is seeking an experienced Machinist Foreman to oversee the operation of a machine shop with a crew of 2-5 people. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.

• Fabricate, assemble, maintain, and repair metal objects using various machinery and equipment.
• Measure work carefully using precision tools to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform milling and lathe work on equipment such as pumps, valves, pistons, shafts, bowls, impellers, and other machinery.
• Use, adjust, clean, and store tools, machinery, and equipment of the machinist's trade.
• Collaborate with the team to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes.
