Truck Technician Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Technician Specialist to join our dynamic team at Ness Automotive. As a key member of our upfitting department, you'll play a vital role in transforming standard commercial vehicles into customized, specialized trucks tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and accessory installation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. They'll be proficient in using various hand and power tools commonly used in the upfitting industry, as well as have a solid understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, connectors, and troubleshooting.
We offer a competitive $70,000 - $90,000 per year salary, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, a 401(k) plan, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
In this role, you'll be responsible for installing and integrating various upfitting components, including ladder racks, shelving systems, toolboxes, lighting systems, electrical wiring, safety equipment, and other customizations. You'll work closely with our engineering and design teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of client requests, troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the upfitting process, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
