Event Sales Manager Job Description

The Event Sales Manager is a key role at King's Seafood, responsible for driving revenue growth in Private Dining & Events through strategic sales and marketing efforts.

This role requires a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and the ability to secure business that meets or exceeds revenue expectations and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Private Dining & Events
  • Build and maintain relationships with key corporate, business, and travel industry accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through community outreach, telemarketing, and social media
  • Work closely with the General Manager, Chef, and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and seamless event execution
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including inquiries, prospects, tentative and definite bookings
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and seek creative ways to infiltrate new markets and accounts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of sales experience in a restaurant and hotel operation
  • Advanced knowledge of sales and hospitality principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
