Key Responsibilities:
- Execute fundamental technical tasks that aid in the planning and execution of engineering initiatives.
- Develop visual aids such as charts, graphs, and diagrams to depict workflow, routing, facility layouts, material handling, and equipment utilization.
- Support engineers by analyzing the details and implications of testing protocols and outcomes.
- Manage and finalize Run & Holds for production-related process deviations and manufacturing procedures.
- Revise and create Routers for Standard Processes.
- Update Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOMs).
- Process modifications to TOOL drawings in Product Data Management (PDM).
- Oversee the Operations Change Control Process.
- Assist Manufacturing Engineering with daily operations, including JIRA issue creation, TPM maintenance, process audits, and documentation of key processes for training.
- Create and maintain process plans for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to access restrictions on program-related information.
- Ability to obtain and maintain access to Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SAP software.
- Familiarity with Solumina.
- Experience in developing macros using Microsoft Excel.
