Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute fundamental technical tasks that aid in the planning and execution of engineering initiatives.
  • Develop visual aids such as charts, graphs, and diagrams to depict workflow, routing, facility layouts, material handling, and equipment utilization.
  • Support engineers by analyzing the details and implications of testing protocols and outcomes.
  • Manage and finalize Run & Holds for production-related process deviations and manufacturing procedures.
  • Revise and create Routers for Standard Processes.
  • Update Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOMs).
  • Process modifications to TOOL drawings in Product Data Management (PDM).
  • Oversee the Operations Change Control Process.
  • Assist Manufacturing Engineering with daily operations, including JIRA issue creation, TPM maintenance, process audits, and documentation of key processes for training.
  • Create and maintain process plans for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to access restrictions on program-related information.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain access to Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP software.
  • Familiarity with Solumina.
  • Experience in developing macros using Microsoft Excel.
