Job Title: Application Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Engineer to join our team at Goodway Technologies Corporation. As an Application Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and testing new mechanical and electro-mechanical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop new products, including conceptualization, engineering, and testing
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and suppliers to ensure seamless product delivery
  • Provide technical support to customers, including field demonstrations and installations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues
  • Identify and implement productivity improvements in products and processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 1+ years of experience as a design engineer in industrial equipment or food production environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong 2D drafting and 3D modeling skills
  • Understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack analysis
