Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Aircraft Parts Coordinator plays a vital role in the operational efficiency of Cutter Holding Co, reporting directly to the Aircraft Services Manager. This position is primarily responsible for the procurement and distribution of aircraft components and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure timely payment of internal invoices.
  • Document and file completed work orders.
  • Initiate and finalize purchase orders as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Verify that purchase orders are billed correctly.
  • Generate purchase orders and communicate with vendors.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure compliance with policies and inventory needs.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in interactions with customers and vendors, as this role often serves as the first point of contact for our company.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed.
  • Experience with aircraft parts and supply chain management is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer and vendor relations.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must possess a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background checks.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening test.
