Job Title: AOG Aircraft Mechanic

Strategic Support Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Aircraft Mechanic to join our team in Englewood, CO. This is a 7 days on 7 days off position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to perform maintenance on a variety of corporate and general aviation aircraft. The successful candidate will have a valid A&P certificate and a minimum of 5 years of experience providing maintenance on aircraft such as Embraer, Hawker, Cessna Citation Series, Dassault Falcon, Bombardier Challenger, Bombardier Global Series, Gulfstream, Learjet, and King Air.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform AOG maintenance on corporate and general aviation aircraft to the highest quality.
  • Inspect, test, repair, and troubleshoot aircraft systems and components.
  • Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and methods of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Valid A&P certificate.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing maintenance on aircraft such as Embraer, Hawker, Cessna Citation Series, Dassault Falcon, Bombardier Challenger, Bombardier Global Series, Gulfstream, Learjet, and King Air.
  • Ability to work on elevated platforms (up to 40 feet in the air) using fall protection safety gear.
  • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time while performing repairs.
  • Ability to lift 70lbs or more.
  • Ability to operate basic hand tools and ground equipment.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
